Elite Passing Academy was founded in 2006 by Evan Bowen and Buff Bowen in Shelton, Connecticut.  The camp was formed to provide young quarterbacks and receivers with position specific training throughout southern Connecticut.  

Elite Passing Academy is now focused on private quarterback training, offering 30+ years of quarterback knowledge and experience in upstate New York (New Berlin, NY).
